Hello all!

I am fairly new to astrology (am currently being taught by a professional astrologer) so I hope I do not bore you with what may seem to be silly questions!

Recently I have been looking at a chart and I saw that around 2013 the subject will have:

Saturn at 16 Scorpio return

Pluto conjuncting natal Jupiter at 8-9 Capricorn (I have heard from someone before that 8-9 degrees of a sign may mean a danger of some sort?)

and finally Uranus at 8-9 Aries

I have a 'gist' of what it means but I am just unsure. I have been looking through my books and online but I am unable to find anything.

Can anyone be so kind as to explain this to me? It will be very much appreciated :-)
